    Humana Military Healthcare Services

     

    Humana Military has an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist to serve our nation's heroes and their families. Immediate opening at Lyster Army Health Clinic on Ft. Rucker, Alabama. We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist to join an outstanding team of professionals providing physical therapy services to active duty personnel and their dependents.

     

    Responsibilities

    • The Physical Therapist shall provide physical therapy examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and interventions services for patients seen by providers within the Military Health System, as well as those referred by civilian providers. Shall also perform prevention and wellness activities, education, screening and promote positive health behaviors. Also responsible for requesting diagnostic tests as medically indicated utilizing the automated Health Information Systems.
    • Other duties as specified by the scope of work.

     

    Qualifications

    Position Offers:

    * Outpatient Clinic Hours M-F; No Weekends or Holidays Required; No Call Requirement


    Qualified applicants must be a graduate of an accredited American Physical Therapist program with a minimum of one year recent experience preferred. Applicants must have current, unrestricted licensure and BLS certification and must be a U.S. Citizen per U.S. Govt. Guidelines.
